Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure and answer to the question: why and how can philosophy help modern managers in their daily practice? The relevance of the research topic for many organizations is substantiated: why it is especially important for modern managers to conduct a comprehensive and prolonged dialogue with philosophers. The types and manifestations of connections between the main aspects of management activity and areas of philosophy are consistently studied. The methodology and recommendations for interaction in conducting serial consultations and dialogue between managers and philosophers are given. Some methods and conditions of participation of the parties used in the practice of consulting philosophers to ensure the successful work of managers of organizations are presented.
