In this study, the subjects were divided into aerobic exercise group, resistance movement group and non-exercise group according to their exercise condition through questionnaires for a period of 16 weeks of survey tracking, and data collection was carried out three times during the survey period (initial data, after 8 weeks of exercise, after 16 weeks of exercise), and the data results were processed by SPSS and then analyzed using LSD (Least Significant Difference) for multiple comparison analysis. This study showed that exercise can improve the mental health of Chinese international students and eliminate negative emotional reactions and psychological problems.
