Abstract
Objective: To explore the effective drug treatment plan for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 59 patients with coronary heart disease were recruited and divided into the study group (30 cases, treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe tablets) and the control group (29 cases, treated with atorvastatin) after drawing lots, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the blood lipid level, cardiac function, inflammatory factor level, and clinical effective rate of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease is significant, and it has the value of promotion and application.
