Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effects of freezing on DNA damage and some sperm parameters in epididymal sperm obtained from the buffalo testicles after slaughtering. Epididymal semen examination of 50 male Anatolian buffaloes (three years old or older) was performed after being obtained from slaughterhouses.
