The rise to power of the Nazis and the problems of modernization processes in Germany: established approaches in historiography

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of modernization in Germany in the post-revolutionary time -the period of the Weimar Republic and the rise to power of the Nazis in their approaches to the study of these processes in historiography. The authors raise issues of changes in political, social and economic structures during the period from the November Revolution to the post-war period, indicating ongoing modernization processes.
