The study group of the research, which was conducted with a phenomenological approach in a qualitative pattern, consists of twelve social workers. Data were obtained through in-depth semi-structured interviews using a semi-structured interview form. Descriptive analysis was used to interpret the data. Analysis of the data revealed, seven themes emerged: ethical violations, restriction of personal rights, inadequacy of legislation and laws, problems of adaptation between different disciplines, lack of managerial support, high workload and language problems. The results of the study, suggestions for education, personal rights, legal regulations, policies and local governments are presented.
