CREATING A FAVORABLE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR COORDINATION OF INTERESTS BETWEEN SUBJECTS SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP

Abstract

The study proposes to create such a favorable institutional environment in which the subjects of social partnership will have the opportunity to coordinate interests and goals in order to achieve the growth of human capital and the quality of life of the population. This favorable institutional environment has been created in practice. Its basis was the "GROWTH" System and the "Innovation" System, developed and implemented in organiza-tions of the Russian Federation of various industries and forms of ownership under the guid-ance of V.N. Belkin, Professor, Doctor of Economics.
