WITTGENSTEIN’IN DÜNYASININ SINIRLARINA ÇAĞDAŞ DİLBİLİM PENCERESİNDEN BAKIŞ

Abstract

Öz Ludwig Wittgenstein 20. yüzyıla damgasını vuran felsefede ve mantıkta çığır açmış bir filozoftur. Wittgenstein’ı belli bir alana standart bir felsefe kalıbına sığdırmak mümkün gözükmemektedir. Dil felsefesi alanında büyük ses getiren Tractatus Logico- Philosophicus onun dil, zihin, mantık ve sözcelem kuramlarını okumaya ışık tutan en büyük feneridir. Wittgenstein’ın ünlü sözü; ‘Dilimin sınırları dünyamın sınırlarıdır.’ bahsi geçen eseri Tractatus’un temel nüvesi durumundadır. Dil, söz, mantık, felsefe ve matematiğin ‘gizemi’ onun eserlerinin temeli ve araştırıcıların da çözmeye uğraştığı en derin sorunsaldır. Gizem denizi, onun düşünce yapısının ikiye bölünmüş sayfalarını ortadan birleştiren bir bağlayıcı unsur olarak karşımızda durmaktadır. Kendi inşaa ettiği fikir duvarlarını yine kendi eliyle tuttuğu başka bir fikrin balyozuyla yıkmayı başaran çağının çok önemli bir düşünürü olan Wittgenstein, çağdaşı ve sonraki dönemlerde yetişen dilbilimci ve düşünürlerin ufkuna yeni ışık hatları çizmeyi başaran kozmogonik ve harmansal bir dizgenin fikirsel anahtarıdır. Bu araştırmada Wittgenstein’ın dil felsefesine çağdaş dilbilim penceresinden bakılarak onun açtığı ufuk çizgileriyle bağdaşık noktaları olan dilbilimciler kuram ve metodlarıyla incelenmiştir. It does not seem possible to fit Wittgestein to a standard philosophy pattern in a certain area. Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, which has made a tremendous impact in the field of language philosophy, is his greatest lantern that sheds light on reading theories of language, mind, logic and utterance. Wittgenstein's famous word; "The limits of my language are the limits of my world." The work in question is the core of the Tractatus. The 'mystery' of language, word, logic, philosophy and mathematics is the basis of his work and the deepest problematic that researchers are trying to solve. The sea of mystery stands before us as a connecting element that unites the split pages of his mindset in the middle. Wittgenstein, a very important thinker of his age who succeeded in demolishing the walls of ideas he built himself with the sledgehammer of another idea he held with his own hand, is the intellectual key to a cosmogonic and colloquial system that succeeded in drawing new lines of light to the horizon of linguists and thinkers raised in his contemporaries and later periods. In this study, by looking at Wittgenstein's philosophy of language from the perspective of contemporary linguistics, linguists who have points compatible with the horizon lines he opened have been examined with their theories and methods.
