Work Environment significantly influence the performance where tcount 5,347 > ttable 1,983 and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. 4). Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment to Employee Performance using the quantitative research conducted in Muara Beliti Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution. The purpose of research to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment to employee performance in Muara Beliti Class IIA Narcotic Correctional Institution both simultaneously and partially.
