Findings show that learning organization characteristics positively affect the individual creativity role of employees. In addition, it has been revealed that the individual creativity level of the employees has a positive relationship with the business performance. The mediating effect of the individual creativity variable in the relationship between the learning organization and the job performance has also been found. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of individual creativity of employees in the relationship between the learning organization and business performance.
