Here we describe and illustrate a new species collected in the Amazonian Brazilian states of Amapá, Amazonas, and Pará, L. amazonida sp. nov. The new species is mainly characterized by its extra long antennae and by the presence of dorsal and ventral pennate setae on the scape and postpedicel.
