Abstract

The experience of a company in the oil and gas sector in the field of personnel training is considered. A methodology for evaluating the effectiveness, taking into account the individual characteristics of students, has been tested. The proposed methodology allows you to get more accurate feedback and adjust the training tools used, which ensures an increase in its effectiveness.
