On comparison of biochemical parameters between the male and female patients, it was observed that overall male patients have slightly higher mean values of biochemical factors. Abstract

The current study sought to identify and quantify the prevalence of various risk factors for nephrolithiasis in the population of Jammu region. In the present study, a total of 100 study participants (50 cases and 50 controls) were enrolled. A detailed health questionnaire covering different risk factors viz., socio-demographic, biochemical, clinical and lifestyle parameters were designed for the study.
