Around 3,300 event professionals attended. The attendees include meeting planners, suppliers, tourism officials, meeting organizers, hotel sales, meeting professionals, hoteliers, faculty, and students. Brian Ross, the President and CEO of the destination marketing organization of Columbus, Ohio (Experience Columbus), ensured that the attendees were splendidly welcomed. The initiatives of PCMA University (PCMAU) and the faculty sessions provided new insights into education and future leaders’ preparedness.
