Using empirical survey data collected from 57 small and medium-sized enterprises, we applied LISREL to evaluate structural equation modelling to test our hypotheses. Three questionnaires were used for data collection. Based on empirical research, the results indicated that the ACAP had a significant effect on innovative performance and ambidextrous organisational culture. It was also observed that ambidextrous organisational culture plays a totally mediating role between ACAP and innovative performance.
