Abstract

What do you do when you encounter something for the first time? That was the case when I received my first subpoena in 1976. Now 30 years later, I get an email from a Ferpadoc reader saying she had arrived at the same rite of registrar passage. She had received her first subpoena. She didn't know what to do. She was asking for help.
