Communicate with financial aid offices to successfully re‐enroll stopped‐out students

Abstract

As the enrollment cliff is approaching in 2025, enrollment managers need to explore new and creative methods of re‐engaging with stopped‐out students. Although there has been much written about how to help this population, many students during the pandemic left school for financial reasons, which will require enrollment managers to work closely with financial aid leadership on campus.
