The results indicated that all the treatments were superior over untreated check in reducing the capsule borers population. Abstract

Safflower capsule borers, Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) and Heliothis peltigera (Denis and Schiffmüller)(Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) were considered as economically important pests of safflower.
