The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Herbal Materia Medica Laboratory. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Herbal Materia Medica Laboratory. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of leadership, work engagement, and giving reward on employee performance in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Herbal Materia Medica Laboratory.
