Abstract
The aim of the work was to develop a methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the physical development of conscripts. Based on anthropometric studies of body length and weight, lung capacity, chest circumference, as well as dynamometry of the strength of the flexor muscles of the fingers of the right and left hands using the method of sigma deviations and multivariate regression analysis, a method was developed for a comprehensive assessment of the physical development of conscripts based on growth indicators, body weight, chest circumference, spirometry and carpal dynamometry. The application of the proposed methodology will improve the effectiveness of measures to preserve and improve the health of this category of servicemen.
