Abstract

The effectiveness of the credit mechanism is directly determined by ensuring the harmony of the relationship between its elements. In particular, the inefficient operation of any of the elements of the credit mechanism adversely affects the effectiveness of the entire mechanism. In particular, making mistakes when concluding a loan agreement leads to an increase in the level of credit risk.
