Perfil del egresado de Ingeniería Civil de la UNACH y su relación con la demanda social en Chota, Cajamarca

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between the professional profile of UNACH Civil Engineering graduates and their relationship with social demand in the labor market in the province of Chota. The sample consisted of 158 graduates of the Professional School of Civil Engineering (EPIC) to whom structured surveys were applied, determining that 67.7% work, 51.4% of them as residents, resident assistants and site supervisors, 17.8% as assistants in the area of studies and projects, 25.2% in the area of engineering services and 5.6% in the area of management and management. It is concluded that 60% of the EPIC-UNACH graduate profile guidelines are redundant, therefore, it requires certain adjustments to adapt it to the social demand.
