THE CONTENT OF THE FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THEFTS COMMITTED FR OM BANK ACCOUNTS, AS WELL AS IN RELATION TO ELECTRONIC MONEY

Abstract

Одной из значимых составляющих организации раскрытия и расследования преступлений является детальный анализ их криминалистической характеристики. В рамках данной работы автор с целью оптимизации методики расследования краж, совершенных с банковских счетов, а равно в отношении электронных денежных средств (п. «г» ч. 3 ст. 158 УК РФ), проанализировал особенности отдельных элементов криминалистической характеристики указанной категории преступлений, обратил внимание на корреляцию ее элементов. One of the important components of the organization of the disclosure and investigation of crimes is a detailed analysis of their forensic characteristics. Within the framework of this work, the author, to optimize the methods of investigation of thefts committed from bank accounts, as well as in relation to electronic money (para-graph "d" of Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), ana-lyzed the features of individual elements of the criminalistic characteristics of this cate-gory of crimes, drew attention to the correlation of its elements.
