On the Influence of the Spectral Purity of the Electromagnetic Field on the Result of Grain Disinfection

Abstract

The advantages of spectrally pure electromagnetic fields for disinfection purposes are shown, possible sources of parasitic components in the spectrum are analyzed, and their influence on cellular bioprocesses is assessed. The critical character of the spectral purity index in terms of the harmonic coefficient was proved in a comparative experiment. A filter is proposed that provides a reduction in the harmonic coefficient and a high disinfection result.
