In addition, an attempt was made to determine the impact of career capital on professional achievement and to identify the benefits of investing in career development.Results: Career capital consists of professional and personal (individual, private) resources. Investment in the development of career capital and the long-term process of accumulating its resources can generate numerous benefits for both the employee and the employer.
