INFORMATION SUPPORT FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SYNERGETIC EFFECT OF INTEGRATED BUSINESS STRUCTURES

Abstract

In modern conditions, despite the availability of research on the problems of management of integrated structures, a number of issues related to the peculiarities of their functioning require study. In the conditions of crisis, financial instability and tougher competition, modern methods of assessing the effectiveness of the development of integrated business structures are needed. Thus, agribusiness combines a complex of activities: production, innovation, economic. Each type of activity is influenced by external and internal factors. The impact of many factors can be predicted, while others are difficult. Most of the factors can cause risks of the effectiveness of the synergistic effect. Agribusiness is characterized by specific risks that arise due to the nature of the activity. Therefore, there is a need for timely identification and control of the risks of the effectiveness of the synergetic effect. The article highlights the evaluation of the effectiveness of the synergetic effect of integrated business structures, in particular, agribusiness, taking into account the processes of activity.
