Data were collected in two waves from a sample of 213 knowledgebased employees of a high-technology company located in southern China. The results showed that perceived digital transformation meaning enhanced employees??? workplace well-being through motivating digital transformation supportive intention and work engagement. Digital transformation supportive intention and work engagement played a chain mediating effect between perceived digital transformation meaning and workplace well-being. Abstract
