PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS AND CAPABILITIES FOR DEVELOPING A RESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE TO DECISION-MAKING IN FUTURE OFFICERS

Abstract

The article identifies the pedagogical capabilities necessary for developing a responsible attitude to making managerial decisions in future officers. These capabilities, in turn, help to outline the pedagogical conditions in a military university that ensure effective development. The results of experimental research demonstrate how well-targeted use of pedagogical conditions and capabilities of a military university makes it possible to increase the level of managerial responsibility of cadets.
