DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES OF MANAGEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE NEW SOCIO-ECONOMIC REALITY

Abstract

Scientific-theoretical substantiation of the need for the management of higher education institutions to acquire new managerial competencies in terms of structure, content, and philosophy has been carried out. Systematized relevant management competencies are in demand in connection with the need to implement the main business processes of the management of higher education institutions in modern conditions in Ukraine. Actual areas of development of managerial competencies in the management of higher education institutions under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of the post-pandemic reality, and war and post-war recovery in Ukraine are highlighted.
