It has been proven that since managers perform other activities every day, not only managerial, but also solve various issues, specific problems, analyze changes, that is why they need the development of entrepreneurial and managerial competencies, on the basis of which they will make decisions in the future. Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the development of entrepreneurial and managerial competencies and their impact on business success. It has been proven that since managers perform other activities every day, not only managerial, but also solve various issues, specific problems, analyze changes, that is why they need the development of entrepreneurial and managerial competencies, on the basis of which they will make decisions in the future.
