Abstract

Ushbu ishda kimyoviy cho‘ktirish usuli yordamida kremniy plastinkasi sirtida sintez qilingan rux oksidi nanokristallarining strukturasi va optik xossalariga qizdirish haroratining ta’siri zamonaviy tadqiqot usullaridan foydalanib kompleks tarzda o‘rganilgan.
