Abstract

Bu tadqiqotda Al, Ni, Ti, W metal elektrodlari va Ge2Sb2Te5 yupqa qatlam plyonkalari o'rtasidagi kontakt qarshiliklari uzatish liniyasi usuli bilan tekshirildi TLM (TLM-Transmission line method).
