Abstract

The phenomenon of modern warfare which has emerged as a new force in line with the development of information technology is not only in the form of armed attacks but also in the development of opinions. War in the form of infiltration into a country through various aspects of life starting with the economy, ideology, politics, socio-culture, religion, law, defense and security. The threat of modern war is more devastating than that of conventional war because it has a broad spectrum of domination of global coalitions, involving state actors and non-state actors to undermine state capabilities, threaten potential and undermine sovereignty. The state must be prepared with a strategy to strengthen the foundation of the country's integrity by mastering technology and regulation, maintaining national unity and integrity and improving social justice for the society.
