ANALYSIS OF THE GRANULOMETRIC COMPOSITION OF BOTTOM SEDIMENTS IN THE VAKHSH RIVER BASIN

Abstract

The article discusses methods and devices for the study of suspended sediments of the Vakhsh river. Withdrawal of a water sample by long-term filling bathometers withstanding at each point in the process requiredfor the purpose of filling the device with water. The granulometric analysis of sediment intake on the upper course of the Nurek reservoir, on the water measuring post located in Kishrog, is also given. The analysis of information for the period from 1985 to 1987 is given, as well as information for the period from 2005 to 2014.
