Abstract

Recently released research from nonprofit software provider Blackbaud shows that, as the pandemic‐induced lockdowns and social distancing requirements of 2021 have receded, employee participation in workplace giving and volunteerism programs have increased, helping nonprofits across the country rebound from the impacts of the pandemic era.
