Abstract

The importance of the throwing phase and its kinematic variables was addressed, and the importance of the pivot leg movement being synchronized with the aiming arm movement. In light of this, the researcher recommended the need to pay attention to these kinematic variables and the state of motor synchronization of the hammer thrower.
