The efficient management of a corporate image starts from the communication of a value proposition plus social impact. A strategic business positioning must represent the expectations and collective trends of the different publics. Abstract

This work aims to draw attention towards the positive consequences of the fact that a company is both ethical and profitable, as well as knowing how to communicate it. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept was researched as well as its indicators in Mexico and the world, which are shown in this paper.
