Role performance measure was found to aid in forming therapeutic relationships, setting goals, and employing a top-down approach. Suggestions for improvement included manualizing the assessment process and refining participant selection criteria. Abstract

This phenomenological study explores occupational therapists' experiences providing home-based rehabilitation therapy to middle-aged and elderly individuals with disabilities, and their use of role performance measure. The research aims to analyze therapists' experiences and examine the application of role performance measure in home-based rehabilitation therapy.
