The study has been done on the Indian Information Technology, and Information Technology enabled Services Industry. The study can further be advanced to explore its effects in light of other industry-specific factors. Abstract

Workplace flexibility has been regarded as a way to increase employee well-being. Workplace flexibility has many facets, and it is essential to have a unified scale to measure its effectiveness towards the same.
