Spiritual leaders help employees connect their work with a sense of purpose and meaning. They articulate a compelling vision that aligns with employees’ personal values and inspires them to contribute to a higher purpose. Comparatively, there has been less stress given so far, on how spirituality could be a tool in increasing and developing effective leadership within an organization. Spiritually oriented leaders foster an inclusive environment that respects and appreciates diverse perspectives, beliefs, and backgrounds. Leaders who integrate spirituality in the workplace emphasize ethical decision-making. Impact of the decision is based on the values of the employee, customer, community and make choices that align with their values and principles.
