Правовые аспекты глобальной цифровизации в транспортно-сельхозмашиностроении (на примере Казахстана и России)

Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of global digitalization on the introduction of digital technologies into the production process of factories in many countries, including Kazakhstan and Russia, producing electric transport and agricultural machines, taking into account its legal regulation. Since the process of digitalization in Kazakhstan is at the initial stage, the authors formulate their proposals on a legislative and conventional basis regarding the need for digitalization of mechanical engineering in the short and medium term. In Russia and Kazakhstan, there are several dozen factories producing electric cars, electric buses, traditional cars, tractors, combines, whose activities should be digitized. This will help to increase labor productivity, improve product quality, and produce vehicles and agricultural machinery in large quantities.
