Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is a common immune disease with early symptoms of joint swelling, morning stiffness, pain, and swelling. It could develop into a joint deformity as the disease progresses, resulting in the loss of normal joint function and seriously affecting the patient’s quality of life. Methotrexate is the “anchor drug” for rheumatoid arthritis treatment, which has an immunosuppressive effect and could effectively prevent the abnormal activation of B cells in vivo, inhibit the abnormal generation of cytokines, and relieve related symptoms. However, in some cases, methotrexate alone is not ideal and often needs to be combined with other drugs like xianlinggubao capsules. This study has provided an experimental basis for the combined efficacy of methotrexate and xianlinggubao capsules for female patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and their impact on ovarian function.

甲氨蝶呤联合仙灵骨保胶囊治疗女性中重度活动性类风湿关节炎及其对卵巢功能的影响

期刊介绍： Current Topics in Nutraceutical Research is an international, interdisciplinary broad-based peer reviewed scientific journal for critical evaluation of research on chemistry, biology and therapeutic applications of nutraceuticals and functional foods. The major goal of this journal is to provide peer reviewed unbiased scientific data to the decision makers in the nutraceutical and food industry to help make informed choices about development of new products. To this end, the journal will publish two types of review articles. First, a review of preclinical research data coming largely from animal, cell culture and other experimental models.
