SCENARIOS OF DEVELOPING A SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

The article presents the author’s approach to determining possible scenarios of developing a social and economic system in the context of global transformation. The author’s point of view is based on the hypothesis that a modern stage of globalization basically presents the process of global trans-formation and/or changes in geopolitical, economic, technological, social, and other areas. The process is sub-stantiated by the non-biased development of social and economic systems, resulting in a shift in leaders of globalization a dramatic change in members of globalization, and the formation of new geopolitical centers of influence. The article provides time and content descriptions for three proposed probabilistic basic scenarios that address manifestations of global transformation in various areas. The author adheres to a realistic scenario. The article presents the results of theoretical and methodological comprehension of the global transformation process in the framework of a more extensive study on the effect of globalization on the evolution and devel-opment of a social and economic system.
