Abstract

To celebrate PELS Day 2023, the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Student Branch Chapter (SBC) at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering (SJCE) hosted multiple distinguished lectures. The first one took place on 10 June and the topic “Career in Power Electronics and How to Master a Craft in Core Engineering” was presented by PELS Distinguished Lecturer (DL) Dr. Brij Singh, John Deere Technical Fellow. On 13 June, the second presentation was by PELS DL Dr. Keyue Ma Smedley on the topic “Exploration at the Confluence of Three Major Power Electronics Branches.”
