Through the questionnaire survey, the following conclusions are obtained: the harmonious orientation of leadership will significantly affect the innovative behavior of employees, which is manifested in that the leader’s sincere harmony orientation significantly positively affects the employees’ innovation behavior; the leader’s superficial harmony orientation significantly negatively affects the innovative behavior of employees. Abstract
