Abstract

In the light of the dynamic capacity-increase problem of the limited buffer in flexible flow shops, this paper proposes a buffer dynamic capacity-increase scheduling method based on the public buffer, establishing a mathematical programming model of flexible flow shops with the limited buffer. 基于公共缓冲区的柔性流水车间缓冲区动态增容调度方法研究
针对柔性流车间有限缓冲区动态增容问题,提出了一种基于公共缓冲区的缓冲区动态增容调度方法,建立了具有有限缓冲区的柔性流车间数学规划模型。根据工件进出公共缓冲区的时间成本,设计了工件进出公共缓冲区的调度规则。通过以局部调度规则为核心的缓冲区动态增容调度方法,解决了柔性流车间有限缓冲区容量限制造成的生产阻塞问题。通过实例数据测试,设计了仿真实验,比较了柔性流车间动态增容调度方法与不采用该方法的调度方法的调度结果。验证了该调度方法对解决车间实际生产中的此类调度问题是有效的。
