Abstract

A new method of generating two types of energy, thermal and electric, on the basis of a converted diesel engine, with a theoretical description and calculation of the volume of combustion products are the main source of thermal energy, which allows one to choose the necessary heat exchange equipment for the removal of generated heat, is proposed. Design features at re-equipment of the internal combustion engine working on diesel fuel for its steady work on natural gas are specified. A description of the design scheme for the simultaneous generation of thermal and electrical energy when operating power machines with a capacity of 100 KW and 200 KW is proposed.
