From the simulation, it can be seen that the proposed scheduling scheme can effectively improve the overall satisfaction of users. Abstract

In response to the explosive growth of mobile users and smart devices, demand for data traffic is expected to grow. Deploying low-power small base stations (BSs) overlaid with a macro base station is a promising strategy to improve the capacity of the cellular system. Therefore, we propose a user scheduling scheme based on the 0-1 convex programming knapsack problem algorithm (KPA).
