Abstract
IGBT is a kind of composite power electronic device with excellent comprehensive performance. It has been widely used in various power electronic devices and is currently the most widely used full control power electronic device. In this paper, the structural principle of high-power IGBT module is deeply analyzed, and the manufacturing process of IGBT is studied, which is of great significance for guiding the application design of IGBT.
