Research about openness cycle of supply chain network

Abstract

This paper addresses that follower strategy of supply chain management to make its SCM open, make five and collaborate with strategic gartner and gradually build up Supply Chain Network is considered; the key factor to gain the enterprise competitiveness. The SCN, including partners of four aspects: product moving channel, capital supply channel, S&T transfer channel, and R&D cooperation channel, is more open, interactive.
